▶️ Accommodation Ryokan Biyunoyado

Ryokan Biyunoyado is a traditional guesthouse in Yudanaka Onsen, known for its pristine natural hot springs and range of ‘onsen’ including indoor, outdoor, rooftop and private hot springs. The hotel has a choice of rooms with Japanese on-floor ‘futon’ or Western-style bedding, and all rooms have a private toilet and shower. Under 10-minutes walk from Yudanaka station, the hotel provides free shuttle services to and from the station along with the Jigokudani Monkey Park.

Your dinner course takes around 2-hours and can be booked for anytime between 17:00 to 19:30, at which time each guest will be served:

5P Nigiri sushi
Chawanmushi (savoury steamed egg custard)

Children – aged 13 years and below – can opt for either the full set course or a kid’s plate including sushi, fried chicken, fries and a dessert.

*Note that drinks are not included in the price and need to be ordered directly/paid for at  the restaurant. Payment using Go To Travel Coupons is accepted.

▶️ 2-Day Snow Monkey Pass

Your 2-Day Snow Monkey Pass covers unlimited services on the Nagano Dentetsu (Nagaden) Railway line running from/to Nagano Station to Yudanaka Station, the Snow Monkey Express Bus service from/to Nagano Station to Kanbayashi Onsen/the monkey park, local buses services between Yudanaka Station and Kanbayashi Onsen/the monkey park, and entry into the Jigokudani Monkey Park. The pass is valid for two days of use however only covers one entry into the park.

▶️ Lunch at ENZA Cafe

Lunch at ENZA Cafe can be enjoyed on either your accommodation check-in or check-out day. No booking is required. ENZA Cafe is open daily from 9AM to 5PM.

21 days in advance = no cancellation fee
20 ~ 8 days in advance = 20%
7 ~ 2 days in advance = 40%
1 day in advance = 50%
On the day of your travel  = 100%

Once the availability has been confirmed, we will send you a link to the payment page. After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation email. Please print out the confirmation email and exchange it for your Snow Monkey Pass at the following station: Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Station.

③ During the winter it is common to see the Snow Monkeys enjoying the hot spring bath, however from spring up to autumn there will be times where the monkeys play or eat in the water, however please note that the monkeys are wild animals and there is no guarantee that there will be monkeys in the bath.
There are a few days in the year that the monkeys might not come down to the park. In such case please note that there are no refunds for tickets.

④ In case of temporary closure due to weather or other reasons, there is no refund for the Snow Monkey Pass.

In addition, due to the availability of facilities, if the date and time cannot be met, we will respond by changing the date and time or canceling the reservation.
